| CONTENTS | RF Integrated Corporation, an ISO 9001 company, designs, develops, produces and markets proprietary RF ICs primarily for wireless communication applications such as cellular and PCS mobile handsets, base stations, and WLANs. RFIC was founded in 2000 in Irvine, California, USA by a group of experienced technologists with expertise in RF devices, ICs, testing and manufacturing technologies. In March 2001, RFIC completed its fundraising and launched its product development effort, and set up an Asia-Pacific operation including a well-equipped R&D center in Taiwan.
