As the telephony and computer industry integrated to meet the vanguards of customer relationship management, PORTech evolved its focus to customized digital voice systems becoming the first developers of CTI solutions in Taiwan. Over the years, PORTech has been engaged in primarily research and generated revenues primarily from government contracts.
