| 職務需求及求才條件 |
1.BS/MS degree major in CS/EE, or Telecom is preferred.
3+ years of IT experience.
Vertical knowledge of credit card, consumer loan, telecom billing , collection, telemarketing strongly preferred.
CTI, PBX, IVR, Internet, data warehouse /data mart experiences preferred.
Independent personality with excellent presentation and communication skill.
Strong English speaking & writing skills.
2.3+ years of experiences in SI solutions sales to financial and/or telecom industries.
Strong objective-oriented personality and proven track records.
Interpersonal and communications skills in both Mandarin and English.
Independent presentation compilation and demo capability.
Large account experiences preferred.
3.More than three years of actual experiences in project management with solid methodology and documenting training. Proven track records and high customer satisfaction. Ability to handle several medium- to large-sized projects concurrently. Strong leadership. Oral communication skills. Analystical problem solving skills, and good handle on business management, customer expectation and relationship management, financial management, project delivery, and resource management. Prior experiences with computer telephony related projects is a plus.
4.Familiar with Microsoft and/or SUN environment, including NT Server, Cluster, SQL Server, Oracle,Solaris, VB,C/C++ programming and trouble shooting skills. Experiences in credit card, consumer loan, telecom billing , collection, telemarketing, or customer service application field
is a plus. MCSD/MCSE and/or CTI, IVR, swith, Internet, data warehouse /data mart experiences are highly preferred |
